The owner confirmed repair of my car bumpers and asked me to deliver the same to Mumbai. When the owner received the product he confirmed that the repair can be done. Now he damaged the bumpers more and saying I have to buy the new ones with full price.

File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
