We went to Ratlam to buy gold on 28th of December. Kataria Jewellers said we will book the rate after 70% of the payment is made. We made 70% of the payment on 3rd of October and full payment on 6th of October. We went to take delivery of the gold on 12th of October and they said we did not book your rate which was at that time 1,07,170 and you have to buy at the current rate which 1,12,750 .
