Dear Sir/Madam,
I was working with LML Limited from 1st December 1992 to 6th March 2000, the company maintained a superannuation pension fund for their eligible employees ,which is also a part of the salary package ,at LIC P & G S Division, Kanpur having its master policy number 0054073 and where I am a Bonafide member having assured number 1300, after I have reached 60 years I have submitted all the requisite documents to LIC Kanpur to transfer the proceedings pertaining to my account to transfer to my savings bank account the details is enclosed herewith.
what LIC declared, as per the mandate LIC having, they have transferred the entire amount of INR1,89,288 of my account to the trustee account maintained in axis bank having account no 133010100073079 IFSC: UTIB0000133 on 12th September 2025 for which I have got confirmation from RTI which is attached hereby, Since then I am persuading the trustee to transfer the amount to my account, but nothing has happened till date. The details of Trustees I am mentioning here is Mr. Ajay Goyal Ph:8935001400. So, I request the honorable court to instruct the mentioned Axis Bank to transfer my amount to my savings bank account in bank of Baroda having no: 31460100003311 IFSC: BARB0KHANDG (5th character is numerical zero) .
