Dear JioMart Customer Support / Grievance Officer,
I am writing to formally report a serious technical issue I faced on the JioMart app which resulted in the loss of my gift card money.
On 26 December 2025, while placing an order on the JioMart mobile application, the app repeatedly froze, auto-refreshed, and crashed during the checkout process. Due to this unstable behavior, the payment flow did not function properly. Despite this, my gift card amount was deducted, and the remaining balance was not returned or credited back.
This loss has occurred solely due to technical malfunction of the JioMart app, not due to any mistake or negligence on my part. A customer should not suffer financial loss because of app crashes, payment glitches, or system errors originating from the platform itself.
