There is a glitch in myntra's application or their is huge fraudelent issue..
At first in exchanging the product
When i am trying to exchange my product with smaller size their app is showing that size is not available.. but when i am buying it again then its showing that size is available..
Second when I am trying to exchange in different style then its showing that they can't collect the product from the exact location on which they've been deliverd it..
But when i am ordering they are ready to deliver at the same location..
Third when i am trying to return the product then the app is not working properly, i tried multiple times but after complition of the process i am still on the same page..
I tried to contact their customer care but can't approach them.
Its a huge issue for a reputated online store like Myntra..
They are ready to give you anything at anywhere but when it comes to replacement or returns they are headache and time wasting.. i've wasted my 2 hours on it and it is like giving you a huge headache and trauma..

We recommend that you first Send a detailed email to support@myntra.com outlining your issue, including order details and any previous correspondence and request to Refund/Replacement.

If not received any reply from the Myntra support team, escalate the issue with Grievance Officer at customergrievance@myntra.com

Offline-Mode

You can also send your feedback via registered post at Myntra Head Office

If they already refunded the amount and provided you the reference number but the amount is not reflecting in your account, please contact your bank or payment provider.

This step not only gives the Myntra a chance to refund but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later.
