I order paneer lababdar from lunch box india via Swiggy and they sent chicken in the meal, i tried to talk the customer service but they won't reply.
Edit: Swiggy replied and they giving me refund

We recommend that you first call the Swiggy customer care at "080-68422422" and also send an email to the customer care department of the Swiggy (support@swiggy.in), clearly outlining your concerns that you have received Non-veg meal, mention the transection details and request to Refund the amount and Compensation.

You can also send your feedback via registered post at Swiggy Head Office

If they already refunded the amount and provided you the reference number but the amount is not reflecting in your account, please contact your bank or payment provider.
