I am writing to formally raise a grievance regarding my Amazon order in which I received a wrong item. Despite sharing all required proof and repeatedly contacting Amazon Customer Support, I have been informed that the investigation has been completed and that no return or replacement will be allowed.

This response is completely unacceptable. I spent ₹40,000 on this purchase with the trust that Amazon ensures customer protection. I have complied with every request from your support team and provided all necessary evidence, yet my issue remains unresolved.

The refusal to initiate a return after delivering an incorrect product reflects extremely poor customer handling and is deeply disappointing from a platform of Amazon’s reputation. As a genuine customer, I should not be made to suffer due to an error at Amazon’s end.

I request your immediate intervention to:

  1. Re-verify my case thoroughly, and
  2. Initiate a return and refund or replacement without further delay.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the issue to appropriate consumer grievance and legal forums.

I expect a swift and fair resolution.
