Dear Sir,

I am writing this to formally lodge a serious complaint against Livlite Company concerning both the unsafe quality of your product and the extremely unprofessional and abusive behavior of your senior management. On [26/05/2025], your company employee Mr. Sunil Mehra visited my workplace at 10:00 AM in response to a complaint I had raised. He patiently listened to the entire issue regarding their product and even recorded a video to document the problem. After that, Mr. Sunil offered me 2 kilograms of ghee, which I clearly refused. This offer seemed like an attempt to silence the issue, which is unacceptable, especially when it concerns consumer safety. It appears your company does not take the plastic contamination problem seriously, nor does it care about the lives and health of its consumers. Following that, I had a 30-minute conversation with Mr. Sunil, where he accepted that this was not a minor issue but a serious one. He then contacted Mr. Magan Upadhyay, your company’s Vice President, and explained the entire issue to him over the phone. Shockingly, Mr. Magan responded by verbally abusing me with extremely offensive language and instructed Mr. Sunil to leave the place immediately, saying, “We’ll handle it ourselves.”

Feeling insulted and alarmed, I contacted Mr. Mayank, the owner of Livlite, and informed him of the entire incident. Instead of taking the matter seriously, he blamed me and questioned the legitimacy of my complaint. He asked whether I had recorded a video while opening the box and implied that the ghee might not be from Livlite at all. When I told him about the abusive behavior of Mr. Magan, he demanded proof. I provided him with the audio recording of the incident shortly after our call, but to date, I have not received any response from him.

This sequence of events makes it absolutely clear that neither Mr. Mayank (Owner), Mr. Magan Upadhyay (Vice President), nor the senior management team at Livlite care about the safety and well-being of their consumers.Furthermore, I sent detailed complaint emails to Livlite on 21st, 22nd, and 23rd May 2025 explaining the entire issue. In response, instead of receiving any formal or written acknowledgement, I received a phone call from Mr. Magan Upadhyay (Vice President), who stated that they will not be replying to this complaint via email or in writing. This response clearly reflects the company’s irresponsible attitude and lack of accountability towards its consumers.

Because of the behavior of the Livlite company Owner and management, my mental balance has been disturbed and I am personally feeling harassed. Who knows how badly this company might have harassed its consumers in the past as well.

Additionally, I have audio recordings of statements made by each of your company’s representatives from the beginning, including Mr. Mayank himself. Based on my experience, I will be submitting a formal complaint to the higher authorities, including the Consumer Forum and FSSAI, with a request to take strict action against your company, which clearly demonstrates a complete lack of accountability, ethics, and concern for consumer lives.

It is evident that this company is only focused on making profits, even if it comes at the cost of risking the consumer's life. This clearly reflects the company's true intentions, which are also well-documented through various forms of evidence — including emails sent to Livlite, as well as recorded phone conversations with the company's employees and owners.

Additionally, I strongly believe that a company which shows such blatant disregard for the health and safety of its consumers should not even be allowed to operate in the market. Such organizations pose a potential risk to public well-being and must be held accountable.

formally bring to your attention a deeply disturbing incident involving Livlite (Dairy Best). On 29/05/2025 once again, an employee from their team visited our company — Mr. Arun Nagar, who serves as the Head of Marketing. During our meeting, he listened to my concerns and, in response, simply said, "I can only say sorry for what happened and offer you love."

This statement made one thing absolutely clear to me: Livlite (Dairy Best) is a highly irresponsible and unprofessional company. Not only do they fail to follow essential protocols related to product safety and hygiene, but their management also resorts to abusing their consumers. And when confronted, they casually apologize as if it’s a minor issue.

With all due respect, I want to state in the clearest terms: A company like this is a disgrace to our nation. For them, making mistakes and then saying "sorry" seems to be standard practice. There is no accountability, no responsibility, and certainly no respect for the consumer.

After today’s meeting, I feel extremely disrespected, harassed, and mentally disturbed. If this is how they treat one customer openly, I cannot even imagine how many others must have faced similar or worse experiences over the past years.

Therefore, I earnestly request you to take strict and immediate action against Livlite (Dairy Best). A company that produces substandard products, violates health protocols, and mistreats its consumers has no right to continue operations.

Lastly, I want to emphasize that I have solid evidence supporting every claim and statement I have made.

I place my trust in your authority and hope that justice will be served.
