Dear sir/ma'am,
I am a holder of an HDFC credit card. I have taken a loan for a mobile on that they have charged so many times penalty. I was fed up with that, so I paid the entire bill in November. AFTER THAT THE BALANCE AMOUT WAS 0; there was no penalty pending.
I asked the HDFC bank CR card seller he didn't tell me about any amount. From November till April i dint received any call for bill pay or any message
This month i went to taka the loan in another bank so they tell you civil score is low due to some pendency of credit card bill so i check with hdfc back they tell your card is block but 2000 bill pendency is showing so pay the bill, I asked they why and what charges you have taken they were telling we cant check because your card is block but [pay the bill your civil score will increase
I didn't get any call from HDFC Bank regarding this even now they blocked my card 2 or 3 months back without any info. I went to HDFC Bank, but I didn't get a healthy response. For 2 days I have just been roaming here and there, and they are asking to call customer care, and customer care is also passing the calls.
Due to this harassment from the HDFC back people is loosing my daily work so i want to put penalty on them and also i dont want to pay the bill without knowing that what charges they took so kindly help me out
