i have booked 7500/- holiday package through cred app
CRED (Dreamplug Technologies Private Limited) No. 769 and 770, 100 Feet Road, 12th Main, HAL 2nd Stage, Indiranagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India - 560038 for booking on make my trip. When i contacted make my trip for the booking they completely denied and said min of 125000/- booking to be done to avail this discount but nothing was written on the cred app while purchasing the discounted voucher. i immediatly contacted cred for the same and share the screed shots with them . they also agreed and tell me that amount will be refunded shortly . but after so many months of follow up my amount has not been refunded and make my trip people misbihaved with mwe and told me to take the amount from cred and they have nothing to do in it .

We understand that you have booked the holiday package through Cred App, as they have mentioned some extra discount on their App. But after the booking MMT denied that offer. And even after so many days Cred App is not refunding your amount.

Please note that such conduct is unfair and can be considered a deficiency in service as well as an unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act. You have every right to file a formal complaint against the company in your Consumer Forum.

Process to File a Complaint with the Consumer Forum:

• If there's no satisfactory response even after emailing all the details, lodge a complaint with the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
• You can file the complaint online via the e-jagriti Platform: Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food, and Public Distribution, Government of India claiming:
  • Refund Amount - ₹ 7500/-.
  • Compensation for mental agony and financial loss - ₹ 50000/-.
  • Litigation charges - ₹ 15000/-
