Hi All,
I am writing to communicate my poor experience with House of Chikankari with whom I had placed an order the following items:
1. HOC Muslin Silk Solid Women's Saree- Purple
2. HOC Crafts Aari Embroidered Cotton Solid Women's 2PC Long Purple Kurta Set
3. Ambar Chikankari Mulmul Straight Kurta - Dark Blue
4. Zainab Chikankari Mulmul Printed Straight Kurta - Pink
The order was placed on 5th June and the delivery executive(from Delhivery) stated to have come to my house on 10th June 2025. I had provided him the OTP received and I had asked him to deliver to my house. He instead stated that he had delivered to the front gate security. Since I was not at home, when I later returned to check the package, the products were nowhere to be found. I called up my society manager, posted on the society WhatsApp group and even chatted with all my neighbours. The package was nowhere to be found.
It is after this point that I tried to get in touch with the customer team with the House of Chikankari. I have attached the full chats to this complaint for reference. Please note that they only have a chat option and the number provided on the website cannot be communicated over on call. As I result, I am at the mercy of the chat replies from the customer service executive.
