I purchased this product after seeing an advertisement on Facebook. The product shown in the advertisement was described/shown as leather shoes, but the product I received is made of plastic/synthetic material and is completely different from what was advertised. The quality and material of the product do not match the description shown in the advertisement. The parcel was delivered through DTDC and the invoice shows the seller as HARTIYO TRADING PVT LTD. The amount charged was ₹404.60. I request a full refund and return of the product. I am also requesting action regarding the misleading product advertisement. I have photographs of the received product, parcel, invoice and shipping label as evidence.
