I purchased IAir duel sim keypad phone in Flipkart on 29.09.2025.They deliverd phone on 09.10.2025. When i insert sim card there were no range signal. So I connected customer support of flipkart and they send me the IAir customer number. I contact with them. I send them the proof of the complaints(short video). They understand that the deliverd phone was complaint. And them inform that we will send another phone and I get it on 08.11.2025. But the phone has same complaint. I contact them again and send the proof. After that they were not responding. I dont want their phone I want my money back.
Please help me

Before proceeding further, we recommend that you first send an email at (sales@airtechno.in) to the customer care department of the Air Technologies pvt.Ltd, clearly outlining your concerns and requesting to refund the amount as the phone is defective and already replaced.

Attach all the previous communication and also attach the video you recorded.

This step not only gives the company a chance to address the issue but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later.
