I had purchased an AC for my parents, who are senior citizens and also patients. On the 3rd of August 2025, the AC developed a problem, and I raised a complaint with IFB {1017512363}. On the 5th of August 2025, they sent a technician to visit. The technician said that a part had become faulty and that it would be replaced at our home within two or three days under warranty free of cost.
Since our AC was under warranty, we told them to replace the part as soon as possible. But today, it has been 10 full days since the request was raised, and IFB is neither listening to us nor resolving the issue. Every day, when I call them, they tell me the part will be replaced today or tomorrow, that the part is missing, or that it has been ordered. We have no idea when or how it will be done, and nobody is ready to give a proper answer.
We are getting no solution at all. There are patients and senior citizens in my home, and they have been suffering for the last 10 days. It’s extremely difficult for them to survive in this situation, and IFB is not listening to us at all and has perthitic after sales service.
