I am filing this complaint under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, regarding a fraudulent and negligent transaction by the online retailer operating under the website www.underclothing.in.

Details of the Complaint:​

• Order Date: 1st August 2025
• Order Value: ₹1199
• Product Ordered: 4 full-sleeve shirts
• Product Received: 2 pairs of jeans
• Order ID: HB860661999
• Delivery Date: 16th August 2025

Despite the package label indicating “shirts,” the contents were incorrect. Furthermore, the website does not reflect that the order has been delivered, and no refund or resolution has been initiated by the seller.

Nature of Grievance:​

• Delivery of incorrect product
• Misrepresentation on packaging and website
• No update on delivery status
• No refund or replacement initiated
• Violation of consumer rights under Section 2(1)(r) – Unfair Trade Practice

Relief Sought:​

1. Immediate refund of ₹1199 to my original payment method
2. Compensation for inconvenience and mental distress
3. Penalty against the seller for deceptive practices
4. Assurance of corrective measures to prevent recurrence

I am enclosing copies of the order confirmation, delivery package images, and any correspondence with the seller for your reference.
