I was contacted by a employee of infinity education for a course I wanted to enroll my daughter in. He told me to register for a free trial and told if I don't like it than I can cancel after a week. He also asked me share a otp to register. My daughter attended on day one and quality was bad, I contacted the employee to cancel the subscription but he had not been picking up my calls. In the time, they have also issued a loan without my knowledge to pay for the course, which I never gave any consent or shared any documents. I don't see any ongoing subscriptions on their website but I'm still getting messages for emi, recovery agents harassing me and even came to my house. I'm a single mother and this incident have caused irreversible damage to my reputation within the community. Please help me

Hello @noor parveen

We read through your post with great concern and want to make sure we have understood your situation correctly — please go through this and let us know if anything needs a correction.

An employee from Infinity Education, Dehradun reached out to you for enrolling your daughter in a course. You were told it was a free trial and that you could cancel within a week if not satisfied. The employee asked for an OTP to complete the registration — which you shared trusting it was only for the free trial. Your daughter attended just one session and the quality was poor, so you immediately tried to cancel. However, the employee stopped picking up your calls entirely.

What makes this case extremely serious is that without your knowledge, consent, or any document submission, Infinity Education sanctioned a loan against your name to pay for a course you never agreed to purchase. There is no active subscription visible on their website, yet you are receiving EMI payment messages, and recovery agents have even visited your home — an experience that has caused you tremendous stress and damaged your reputation in the community, especially as a single mother managing things on your own.

This is not just a refund dispute — this amounts to financial fraud and unauthorized use of your identity, and you deserve urgent legal intervention.
