Dear Sirs
We had approached Mr. Manikandan (Mobile Number - 96000 08890) of MN Interior, Valasaravakkam referred by Justdial as verified vendor for doing electrical work to our Flat. Based on the discussion & Quote submitted, we had Paid Advance of 30,100 on 16th July & 5,000 on 19th April 2025 as he informed us that he had placed order for electrical items for doing the work … Since the work not started even after a week period , we contacted him to understand the work plan, but he informed as he met with an small accident & got some injury in Hand , based on the Humanity aspects we accepted his request & informed to complete the work once he get cured as per his commitment of 1 week time , but even after 10 days later he didn’t responded & when we contacted him he asked another 5 days’ time due to his health issues , further we had accepted & waited for a week period .. almost a month gone & he had not started the work, we contacted him & requested to payback our Advance amount so that we can go with other vendor to complete the work. after daily follow-up he had paid 20,000 on 15th May 2025 & requested us to wait for 3 days to clear the balance amount … But no response even after another 15 days, later we had approached Justdial and raised a complaint, intern they had a con call with Manikandan & requested us to wait another 10 days to clear the Payment. like that Justdial took 3 times con call with the vendor & every time he keeps taking the time, finally during the last attempt on last Monday he didn’t pick the call & second time he disconnected the call of Justdial itself. Now Justdial also not taking responsibility they request us to proceed with Legal case against him instead they should take that decision as we approached them due to their reference as verified vendor. Overall, now we had been cheated & our Money is on loss situation
The cheating case has not only for us, at the time we planned to make a review of him, we noted that this cheater Manikandan had cheated few more peoples as they too posted as they been cheated by him
Now we seek your support to get back our amount & to take proper legal action against the Cheating person Manikandan by getting him some month imprisonment to understand the meaning of law for cheating someone. Other wise many people will start doing such cheating & Justdial will not take any legal action against their cheating vendor.
People cheat us easily if we are genuine & with Humanity , this is our best experience .. almost 3 months we had been mentally torchiere & all our flat interior work been delayed due to MN Interior
