JioMart is scamming their customers.
On 31 August 2026, I ordered an Amazfit T-Rex 3 Smartwatch for ₹19,999 (fully prepaid).
Order ID: JM6A95752D01A8C7FBE5.
Promised delivery: 5 September 2026.
The delivery date has passed, but I still have not received my product. Since 5 September, I have repeatedly contacted JioMart customer care, but I keep getting the same response: “Please wait some more time.”
There is no proper tracking information, customer care cannot tell me where the product is or whether it has even been dispatched, and they cannot properly coordinate with the seller/delivery partner. I also received no email/SMS explaining the delay.
Even more frustrating, my JioMart account still shows “Arriving by, Sep 05”, despite the delivery date having passed. I also raised a complaint, but several days later there is still no proper resolution or definite delivery date.
My question is simple: Why does JioMart accept ₹19,999 in advance for a product if it cannot deliver it, track it, or provide a proper explanation?
Be very careful with high-value prepaid orders on JioMart.
