I had a trip with Kashmir port on 20th May, I paid them an advance of 10k and 3k for Gandola rides.
But due to Pahalgam terror attack situation, I had to cancel my plan (not because of my own personal reason, but just because of this national emergency crisis. I am given full refund even from airlines like Indigo and Vistaara.
However, when I approached Kashmir port, they are not even responding to my messages or calls as soon as I informed them that I have to cancel my plan.
Just wanna ask here, is this kind of customer service you guys provide?
It’s not our fault that we have cancel our trip.
What kind of policy is that you guys can’t refund the amount here even after a week of cancellation when areival date is more than a month away.
Never trusting this company again.
And I recommend others too who are reading it not to consider this company, as in situations like this only you get to know what actual customer service is been provided rather than just big sales talks. I will do free marketing for them on all platforms and people whom I know and can reach. All people who would have gone to them by our reference are lost. Its not a good business sense, also.
This is shameful of Aimaan Bhat to speak like this, not picking up calls and asking for approx. 4 months for refund, while refunds should not be taken more than a week. Also, not picking calls and not responding to messages and showing attitude shows how much respect Kashmir Port gives to their clients. They are not trustworthy. Never book any travel with them. They are just liers.
I wont recommend anyone to go by Kashmir port anywhere for travel.
