Bought the latest and most expensive Kitchen Chimney model FABER HOB UTOPIA PRO HT 783 BR CI Serial No- Y24GABL02689 & FABER HOOD COMET BLDC FL HC SC (BKIN 75) on - 23-08-2025 , From ADITYA VISION Patna which has stopped working on 24th June 2026 , we made a complaint on 25th June 2026- Complaint no -BIH2506260847, but no solution has been provided , neither from , company nor from the dealer. the dealer says the company will provide service and the company is not responding to our complaint. as we have open kitchen , the smoke and oil has made our life hell. for last 11 days no service has been provided. we are suffering.
This product should be banned from sale , they don't have service no backup support from the dealer.
Please take this matter very seriously and urgent as it is directly related to health issues. we cannot stop cooking at house , neither we can breadth comfortably.
