Myself Saravanan Gangadharan, i have purchased the electric cruiser bike viz Komaki Ranger fully loaded bike from the online portal of KLB Komaki Pvt Ltd and paid the 1,49,999/- for the full sale value of the vehicle, at the time they have assured to deliver the vehicle within 6-10 days but the vehicle got delivered after 2 months with lot of struggles and not sent the documents which are all to be required for registration purposes after following up with the Komaki customer care no one responding the phone call and whats app messages or email revert, they have assured me to get the vehicle registration will be completed within the 7 days but its been dragging for more than a month and not responding, so i want to surrender the vehicle and arrange to get the refund of the amount paid by me

If they are not responding to your emails, WhatsApp and call, we suggest you to send a Legal Notice.
