I bought this policy 8 years back and paying premium on every 22nd of month. I and my father was not well in last month so was not able to pay premium on time for Jan month. Without any communication for payment in 10-15 days, they communicated that my policy is lapse and i have to undergo medical checkup again to reactivate policy.
In 8 years i already have payed almost Rs 90,000 and this is not done at all from business point of view. I want justice.
