Hello,
I called the LG service Center 080 69379999 six times today to report that my machine is not working and needs a part change. They registered a complaint RNP250905042300

I was told the machine is 10 years old and that parts are not available - hence I have to change my machine

Every time I called they transferred me to their ‘Senior’ - kept me on hold for 10 mins and then cut the call

Unacceptable service from a reputed company like LG
