I have raised a service request JS-25071107143761 on 11th July 2025. I am holding the ACMC for my product Liv-Glo_pro with reference number C9NR98D1001364 starting from 25th March 2025.

I called Livpure customer support & did 2nd level escalations many times along with trying to contact numbers given by customer care.

1) +91 7042700569 ( got it from Service desk and called so many times for so many days but there is no response)
2) +91 9810814236 ( got it from Service desk and called so many times for so many days but there is no response)
3) +91 7358707755 ( tried this number as he has serviced but number is not working)

No one called me and no service was done till today.
Got many promises from escalation team saying they will be contacting me within the same day but never got any response. after Speaking to many people from customer service and wrote a mail to support@livpure.com and customercare@livpure.com with Order/Subscription ID
but no response.
 
  • Send a Strong Written Escalation (Email + Registered Post)
    • Write a formal complaint to support@livpure.com and customercare@livpure.com, clearly mentioning your Service Request ID (JS-25071107143761) and ACMC Ref (C9NR98D1001364).
    • State that despite multiple escalations and calls since 11th July 2025, no technician has attended the service, which is a clear violation of the contract.
    • Demand service within 7 days, failing which you will seek refund + compensation through Consumer Court.
  • Call Alternate Escalation Numbers
    • Livpure also has a central toll-free: 1800-419-9399 (works pan-India).
    • If still no response, escalate on Livpure’s social media handles (Twitter/X & Facebook) — companies usually respond fast to public posts.
  • Send Legal Notice (if no action within 7 days)
    • Through an advocate, send a legal notice for breach of contract & deficiency in service.
    • Mention the loss amount ₹10,000 + harassment compensation.
