I have purchased 2 years AMC for Livpure water purifier through Livpure online app. AMC was taken on September 2025 against the registered mobile number 9840215307. On 10th Feb I booked service request for UV fault in RO, Now it is more than 2 weeks over, no technician visited for servicing.

I connected multiple times to customer care and every time they are reiterating the same words "your issue will be resolved soon".
I even connected multiple times to Area sales manager(Satish) but his behavior is very rude. When I asked to give the time he will visit he told me rudely he can not give any time.

Before purchasing AMC we got multiple calls from Livpure cc and technicians to purchase AMC but once purchase is done they are not taking care of service request.
So I want the AMC to be refunded asap.
