Bank manager is not closing my private loan because of their benefit in emi and causing us trouble. We are living in danger zone we have availed housing loan from lic hfl. Due to lack of income support we having to close our private loan from BOI Tetulmari branch, Dhanbad.
 
As you mentioned that the bank manager was unwilling to close the loan and not providing a No Objection Certificate (NOC), causing significant distress, especially to an elderly widow.

  • File a Complaint with the Consumer Forum: If the issue remain unresolved, consider lodging a complaint at Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum. These forums are established to protect consumer rights and can provide relief in cases of service deficiencies.
