I had booked a hotel through make my trip on 14th January 2025 , but make my trip automatically cancelled my booking , without any prior reason but it never refund my money or not given any solid reason.
When I did research I found that they had already made same type of blunders with other customers also. They cancel the trip but never refund the money.
