I have tried reaching out to both the GoFirst and MakeMyTrip support teams, but unfortunately, I have not received any assistance so far. Calls are not being answered, and there has been no clear update regarding the refund status.
I kindly request you to look into this matter on priority and initiate the refund at the earliest. Please let me know if any additional information is required from my end.
