Hi,
This is to bring to your attention that we placed an order for my 8" customized mattress with The Sleep Company. The mattress was to be delivered between 7th to 10th October 2025. Today is the 14th of October we have no idea when our mattress will be delivered. We keep getting assurances from their team when we call the helpline or by email that they will let us know the status of the delivery within 48 hours. We have paid the full amount of Rs 32,390. We are attaching the payment receipt.
