I am Attipetty Sebastian Joseph, and I have been working in the UAE since 2003. Unfortunately, I suffered a severe heart attack on 29th November 2024. I received initial treatment in the UAE and later traveled to India for further medical care.
At Lakeshore Hospital, with support from Tata One, I was administered an injection costing INR 1.40 lakhs, which was provided under a "Buy One, Get One Free" offer. However, I have not received the free dose that was part of this offer. I was informed that the reason for this is my lack of an Aadhaar card.
I do not possess an Aadhaar card because my application was rejected during the verification process due to my absence at the time.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue and ensuring that I receive the medication as promised. Your support in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
