Dear OLA Team,
It seems day by day OLA vehicle service is going down. I faced my vehicle breakdown on 19th Aug 2025 vehivle is not operate and front wheel jam. After booking RSA team takes more than 24 hr for attending the vehicle. Vehicle reached at Bhosri service station on 20th Aug 2025 at 2:30 pm.
Till time service not started after 2 time visit to service station vehicle work is not started. Service person is answering it will takes time after digonized.
My request need vehicle by tomorrow without fail. It is not resolve please give replacement vehicle.
More than 5 times I contacted customer care but they are opening one service request but it is not get resolve.
How can I get the service as soon as possible. It is very sad to tell you if your services will continue like this then people will diverted there plan for new vehicle
