Today, I planned to visit the offline store of Street Style Store. I searched for the nearest location on Google, and according to the information on Google Maps, the store appeared to be open. There was no mention anywhere that it had been permanently closed. Relying on this information, I followed the directions and visited the store along with a few friends.
However, when we reached the location, we were surprised to find that the store was completely shut down. It was clearly no longer in operation, and it seemed like it had been closed for a while. The online listing, however, still showed it as active, which is misleading.
This entire situation resulted in unnecessary loss of time, travel expenses, and personal inconvenience. It was also quite embarrassing for me in front of my friends, as the visit was planned solely based on the store’s presence on Google. I had no reason to doubt the listing since Street Style Store is a well-known brand.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accuracy and responsibility in maintaining their store information. This kind of misinformation causes real inconvenience to consumers. I am therefore seeking appropriate compensation for the time, money, and distress caused. I also request that necessary action be taken to ensure this does not happen to other customers in the future.
