I ordered one product from moon goddess couture on 18 th August 2026. The product name is MGBRV3454 - MEROON COLOR, size S, in the promoting reel it was clearly shown as the dispatch time is 15 days. But till now the product was not dispatched and while enquiring about this with the company I was informed that this 15 days dispatch is only for express delivery and for normal delivery the dispatch time is 90 days. But it was not showing in their particular reel not mentioned about the express delivery and normal delivery availability. Also while ordering the product only normal delivery option is showing. Clearly an example of misleading information and now they are making excuses for not dispatching the product. Please help me to refund my money.
