We have purchased inverter Mitsubishi AC on 19 July 2025. since the installation the blower found broken and we were told that same will be changed next day.However it took 7 days to change the same. Even after change of blower the problem was not rectify and said that motor and IC also needs to be replaced. Our concern is that we have purchased new unit and didn't used it for even for one minute. its been almost a month now and there is no resolution and its mental harassment in chasing the Mitsubishi & dealer with no resolution. We have asked then to kindly refund our payment. It seams Japanese and our dealer is not able to provide and resolution.
