While watching adds on jio hotstar I saw this headphone from gadget lane and when I finnally ordered it and paid the payment online it took a week then to it was showing that parcel delivery would be late and then it took 2 weeks and now it's going to be one month and amore approximately 2 months

If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
