I delivered my vehicle no. UP32 QB8484 SWIFT DZIRE on 17-7-2025 for repairing of damaged parts ,car is insured with ICICI LOMABARD GENRAL INSURANCE LTD with claim no . MOT 16473141 but its matter of very unhappiness that insurance company officials declined our claim without any reason , My driver name is Mohd. Ayaj Khan his driving licence , aadhar and ration card card is in same name ,his nick name is Anthony, at the time of telephonic talk he said that Anthony speaking so ICICI insurance officials demanding Anthony,s Driving Licence after that Anthony urf Ayaj khan submitted an affadavit by ward member of his residence area on 19.7.25 to ICICI LOMABARD INSURANCE officials on whatsapp but they declined our claim . Its about 40 days to go we facing many problems and lossess . .
