Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Wakefit Innovations Pvt. Ltd. regarding the repeated and unreasonable delay in the delivery of a bed I ordered through their platform.

  • Order ID: ORDER202506CJA2SD
  • Original Estimated Delivery Date: 9th July 2025
  • First Revised Date: 28th July 2025
  • Latest Revised Date: 8th August 2025 (and still not delivered)
Despite multiple follow-ups, the delivery has been postponed twice, causing significant inconvenience and distress. The lack of proactive communication and failure to meet committed timelines reflects poor service and a breach of trust.

I request the Hon’ble Court to take appropriate action against Wakefit for:

  • Deficiency in service
  • Mental harassment caused due to repeated delays
  • Compensation for the inconvenience caused
I am attaching all relevant documents, including order confirmation and communication records, for your kind perusal.

Before proceeding further, we recommend that you first send an email to the Customer Support of the Wakefit Innovations Pvt. Ltd at support@wakefit.co, clearly outlining your concerns and requesting to deliver the Bed as early as possible and also ask them the final delivery date.
