I filed a claim for a marine cargo loss dated 06-04-2025. The insurer rejected the claim on 26-05-2025 stating reasons like invoices on loose sheets, minor overwriting, and absence of dispatch location. However:
A physical survey was conducted confirming the loss.
The documents reflect standard practices in egg trading (manual invoices, no GST as product is exempt).
All sales, dispatches, GR copies were properly declared and shared.
A formal complaint email was sent on 29-05-2025. Insurer has not resolved this matter.
