Sir, I bought a scooter from Ola Electric company 3 years ago. Now there is a problem in its battery, so I took it to the service centre for repair. They checked it and found some problem in the battery. Then they asked me to change the battery and asked me to come after 15 days. I went again but the battery was not changed. Then they made a fool of me and told me something new that they would have to go to Bangalore to get my battery repaired. After that, they again told me in 15 days and it was almost 25 days later. Even then the scooter was standing like that. They did not send the battery. Then they made me a fool and updated its software and gave me a scooter in my name. I checked the scooter and it had the same problem. The battery dropped and then my scooter stopped; it has been 3 months now, my problem is not being fixed, I am being made a fool again and again.

We can understand your situation, you need to file a case against the OLA electric.
