Hello
@Zoha
We came across your post and read through the details carefully — here is what we have gathered from your complaint. Please check and let us know if anything is off.
You enrolled your 6-year-old daughter in PlanetSpark after a video call, where their counsellor pressured you into making an immediate payment of ₹74,700 — warning that the benefits would not be available if payment was not made on the spot. At the time of enrollment, you were explicitly told that a refund could be requested within the 5-class observation period if you were not satisfied, and you even have the enrollment email from PlanetSpark confirming this.
Your daughter attended only 2-3 classes and was not happy with them, so you decided not to continue. However, when you approached PlanetSpark for a refund — well within the promised observation window — they flatly refused, completely ignoring their own written commitment.
This is a clear case of a company going back on its own written promise and pressuring a parent into a rushed payment decision.
We noticed that you are facing the similar problem with
PlanetSpark that has already been addressed in a different thread. We kindly request you to please review that thread for the information you’re looking for.
