I have been facing issues with my Ola S1 X+ for more than 6 months.
Multiple times issues have been raised and I got delayed responses and the service was delayed.
The trunk of my ola scooty stopped locking and is still not fixed properly till this date after raising multiple complaints.
The vehicle had multiple breakdowns in past. I had to purchase OLA care subscription as I thought they would come and provide the service, but even after lodging several tickets, they kept on closing my tickets or kept them open for 3 months without any response.
Every time I call them, they tell me that they will give me a solution at the earliest time possible, but they cannot tell me when. The vehicle is shaking and the brake pads are causing loud noises while driving and stopping arbitrarily, which is causing safety issues.
Today my vehicle broke down again and I am fed up of this.
I called them for emergency assistance and requested for a road side assistance, but they told me it would cost me 2300rs for towing. I had to push my vehicle home.
My ola care plus subscription was useless...
I paid around 4000 rupees for nothing.
During the Ola Care Plus subscription period, I requested multiple in-home service requests for the issues, but they completely ignored my requests even when. I paid for premium and priority service. Now when my Ola Care Plus subscription is over, there is no way for me to get the vehicle to the service center without paying them even more money.
This is money extortion from customers and mental harassment.
I have faced a lot of mental agony, financial loss and loss of time due to this vehicle performance and the service quality and negligence from OLA. During my 2 years of ownership of this vehicle, I was hardly able to drive it for 2000 kms as most of the times it is not working and sitting idle at my home.
I am requesting for full refund of the amount paid for the vehicle with interest for two years along with a compensation for the mental agony and financial loss and loss of time caused to me by OLA in past two years.
