I request you to investigate and take necessary action against the responsible party, whether it is the insurance company or the hospital, for failing to inform me about the blacklisting issue. As a policyholder, I expect timely and transparent communication regarding such critical matters.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently and provide a resolution at the earliest. I have attached relevant emails for your reference.
