I am writing to request assistance regarding an order I placed on 30th June 2025 (Order No. 522328). I received the hoodie as per the order, but unfortunately, the product is too short in size for me.


I have attempted to contact your support team via SMS and email multiple times, but have not received any response so far.


I kindly request you to process an exchange for a larger size at the earliest. Please advise on the correct procedure to follow and how I can return the current item.
