Hello
@Meena B M
We read through your post and want to quickly summarize what we have understood — please go through it once and flag anything that needs a correction.
You had initially requested a demo class with
PlanetSpark, followed by a counselling session. During the counselling, you were asked to pay
₹7,500 on the spot. When you mentioned needing some time to make a decision, they convinced you to pay at least
₹2,500, assuring you it would be fully refunded if you chose not to continue.
Trusting their word, you made the payment — but after deciding not to move forward with the classes, you reached out to them for the refund. Despite multiple messages, PlanetSpark has gone completely silent with
no response whatsoever.
What is particularly concerning here is that this was a verbal commitment made specifically to convince you to pay, and backing out of it is nothing short of a broken promise and unfair trade practice.
We noticed that you are facing the similar problem with
PlanetSpark that has already been addressed in a different thread. We kindly request you to please review that thread for the information you’re looking for.

4 tickets, but
PlanetSpark kept closing them, claiming more than 5 classes were attended. However, your son only attended
2 trial classes, 1 performance class, and 1...
