Dear All,
Kindly note that i had purchased AMC for 2 yrs with 4000 cost in 2023 which was valid 23 Sep 2025 . i had received service for 1 st yr with 2 filter changes. On second year from sep 2024 onward only once service received for filter cleaning in June 2025 from that point i am still waiting to get service. My AMC was now expired & all previous services got cancelled without my consent & new request was generated automatically without my prior information on 07 Oct 2025 & asking for charges to the service. I had made almost 100+ emails & 25-30 calls to eureka Forbes customer team but till date issue was not resolved. Following are details for complaint along with numbers. 15 days back they agreed to provie service after expiry of AMC as service was booked in valid AMC period but that everything goes in vein & no service was provided. So how to contact Eurekafobes as customer care.When I contacted senior team members they tells will get resolved in 24 hrs which was not yet resolved after 4 monts.Service team calls me & says we are contract service & you hv to pay service charges & filter charges i.e 2700 + 530. So can somebody help me on this.
Kindly note new service request CM-071025-60341969 generated by eureka team is comes under Out of AMC period n service person asking for service charge. My old service request 010925-58093283 was generated in 01 sep 2025 & comes under AMC period which was cancelled by Eureka team without any consent & without service. Now due to your team mistake why I will pay service charges. I had already paid Rs 4000 for 2 yr AMC & I had not received any service during AMC in last 1 yr after sep 2024 for which in continuous discussion with Eureka team customer service team from last 3 months. Now why I will suffer with additional charges.I had booked all service request in valid AMC period so now it’s Eureka team responsibility to complete it.
Such a fraud tea, When I will get resolution & service which were booked during valid AMC period.I will not pay any charges as now bze already I had paid for 2 yr AMC & didn’t got any services during last 1yr ,After several discussions with senior team it was agreed to get service after AMC Expiry as service was booked in valid AMC period but unfortunately my service 010925-58093283 was cancelled from Eureka team & generated new one which was chargeable.
Now current service team had created new request dated 07 Oct 2025 & service person calling me & asking to pay service charges Rs 530 & additionally for filter change apprx 2700.alsoa sked to renew AMC to get service. This is very frustrating & disgusting approach by Eureka teams.
One more thing I want to share that Service Request no.CM-010925-58093283dated 01 September 2025, 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM was initiated at my site with sevice start date & time with service Engineer number & kept open for 1 month without actual visit to my home & now closed without service
I had suffered a lot during last 3-4 months without service during rainy season & I had purchased water bottles from outside due to Eureka forbes teams mistakes & no service.

I had mailed complaint on customercare@eurekaforbes.com approx. 100-125 times but I had received response that your complaint will be resolved in 24 hrs which was till date not resolved.
Also I had made specific complaint for this issue with Eurekaforbes team & they had raised Ticket/complaint no & assigned some specific team member also (Complaint No. CM-100725-55098958)
This is third class, casual approach & services by Eurekafobes with old customers like me using this service from last 12 years with AMC.
So need permanent solution on above query with immediate effect/action from Eurekaforbes team.Else I have to highlight this issue with Consumer forum bze I had suffered mentally & financially withour sevice by Eureka Teams.
