Hello,

I have raised an complaint to about my OLA S1 pro scooter on 24th July 2025, the resolution is still not provided by the service team and I have been complaining this the app as well as social media everyday and wasting my time and energy for almost an hour just to call them and explain the issues and to my surprise the call centre agents just disconnect the calls in between the conversations. Its been more than 10 days but the issue is still there and I am facing mental and financial issues due to non availability of my scooter.

This is very serious issue, our many clients were facing the same problem and they finally register a Consumer Case against them.

In a recent case, our client purchased a new OLA bike and very next day the bike stops working, after submitting the bike to service center, he found the service center is now permanently closed.

We suggest you to file a case against the OLA Electric.
