Dear Sir / Madam
Sandeep Govind Doke and I had inquired at Aakash Institute-Nerul Branch in November 2024 regarding NEET preparation for my daughter. Their sales and marketing representative shared the fee details for admission and started pressuring us to make the seat booking payment. He informed us that if we did not book the seat immediately, there might be no availability for NEET admission.
Due to this pressure and his persuasive marketing tactics, I paid Rs. 20,000/- as a booking amount. Unfortunately, that representative has since left the job. From April 2025 onwards, I have been calling Aakash Institute to request a refund of the payment.
Now, they have suddenly informed me that the amount is non-refundable. However, neither I nor my wife were ever informed—verbally or in writing—about any non-refundable policy at the time of payment. Had we been told, we would have reconsidered our decision.
As a common man, Rs. 20,000/- is a significant amount for me. I feel I was misled by the representative’s high-pressure sales approach, and now I am left with no support after his departure. I sincerely request you to look into this matter and help me get a refund of my hard-earned money.
