I , SUMNENDRA KUMAAR SINGH, had purchase car in 2008 , and got it registered in RTO office. My car no is UP32ER4603.
As per govt. directive I tried to book HSRO number plate from UP govt nominated agency https:// www.siam.in/ but could
not book it. on Enquiring from above agency I came to know the maker name noted in certificate of registration
( MAHINDRA RENAULT PVT.LTD. ) is not mentioned on
their portal, so booking is not accepted.further it was explained tome that makers name is reqired to be amended on certificate of
registration by respective RTO. I approached to RTO through email but could not get maker name amended. I request court to help
me in getting makers nmae amended ,so that I can book HSRP number plate. I am apprehanding that any time Govt agency can put
penalty of Rs 5000.0 on me because of not putting HSRP No plate on car. I support of my complaint I am attaching 1. certificate of
registration 2. Corrospondece with HSRP Portal 3. my Email to RTO Luckow ,Transport nagar(UP-32). Regards.
