Refrigerator Not Giving Compressor Replacement & Services as the Product still in Warranty

I bought "Samsung" Branded refreigerator from Vasanth and Co on November 2017, after one and half years usage ie.in 2019 there was a Cooling problem and Gas leakage And i approached Samsung Customer Care and they allocated one technican & he called me and asked nature of the problem and address, i given all information. im staying at Kodungaiyur 600118 nearest to Buckingham Canal. Then he told there will be no free service for the person who staying nearer in Canal due to rust may be possible. I told him, 1st you come and inspect then you take conclusion whether it is happened due to canal or manufacturing defect. and further i asked him is there any writtern or policy that you have for not serivcing for person who stating canal or beach area.He have no answer and simply refused to give service. after 3 days pattient i serviced my item with local person. Now yesterday onwards again same cooling problem and raised complaint again with Samsung, this time person visited from another service centre and he told Compressor fault and we have 10 years warranty for that Digital Compressor from the date of purchase, now still i have 3 years warranty left. But the person simply told that last time you serviced with other person so he can not give the replacment for that Compressor. But last time i have changed cooling coil only as there will leakage on that pipe, so we cant touch that compressor, But still he refused to give the replacment wararnty and also he told even if i give charges for that service then also he can not give the service. and simply instructed me to do exchange for Rs,1000 (about 17000 worth product). eventhough i have 3 years warranty left they simply refused to give replacment and service. One remarkable questions on him is there any writtern policy for not giving service for the person who staying nearest to canal or sea shores area? then why they sell their products to that area people. I request you to kindly look in to this matter and ask them to give warranty replacment and service for that Compressor as it has 3 years warranty left.
