I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the gross negligence and unprofessional conduct of the AU Bank- Tiruvannamalai branch staff.
On January 21, 2026, the branch informed me that my loan closure documents and NOC had arrived. They requested that I visit the branch with my co-applicants (my parents) and KYC documents to collect them.
Upon our arrival today, the following occurred:

Upon our arrival today, the following occurred:
- Coercion to Sign: Bank officials pressured me to sign the registry book before handing over or showing me the documents.
- Tampered/Incorrect Documents: When the courier was opened in our presence, we discovered that all documents were photocopies, except for the NOC. My original title deeds and property documents were missing.
- Deflection of Responsibility: When I objected, officials attempted to falsely claim that I had only submitted photocopies. I have clarified that all submissions made at the start of the loan were originals.
Immediate Requirements:
- An immediate investigation into the location of my original documents.
- The return of my original documents within a week of time.
- A formal apology and explanation for the three-year delay in this process and compensation.
